The first day there was no hot water to my surprised that the weather is cold, the hotel is classified as 4 or 5 stars and no hot water. What was more disappointing is my interaction with the staff, the first front desk employee in the morning acknowleged the problem and said 30 minutes and the hot water should be restored they are working on it . I came back to the hotel at 6 PM, I did ask the front desk staff if the problem resolved, it is another employee, he denied that there is any problem, and ask me to check my room and call him back if there is no hot water, indeed there was no hot water. I called and reported the problem, he offered to send someone to my room!! I turned him down and said there are no controls for hot water in my room, he can go any room. I am very surprised that the interactions with the employees are completely different, one acknowledge the problem in the morning and promised 30 minutes to restore the service, and the next employee 8 hours later deny any knowledge of the problem!! Anyhow, whatever is the reason for lack of hot water , there is no excuse for such deficiency, and therefore I will never consider this hotel anytime in the future.
